Updating Fidelity book cost after transfer

Good afternoon,

I want to adjust my book cost for investments after transferring from Scottish Widows to Fidelity. There seems to be an option under the capital gains reporting section to update costs.

When I click it, it just says no investments require updating, is this the usual way on Fidelity platform
