Sennheiser IE 300 vs Moondrop Aria 2

I'm an absolute beginner into the good audio stuff, the best I've listened is my current realme buds air 6 Pro. I mainly listen all rock and metal genres, favs are Pink Floyd, Metallica and Black Sabbath on my phone on Apple Music. The IE 300 doesn't cost that much over Aria 2 here, and from what I've heard the Aria 2 is more "correct" but plain and the IE 300 is more fun and also very comfy to wear. I imagine anything would be a huge upgrade over my current TWS but I'd like to listen to your opinions here and also a DAC recommendation.
