Weddings

Since I was young, I've never really liked weddings and all the work and effort that come with them. Now that I'm in my late twenties, this feeling is only getting stronger.

I was very involved in my sister's wedding preparations, as well as those of many of my female cousins: choosing the white dress, makeup, hairstyle, heels, jewelry... yet, I've always felt indifferent to such things.

When my time comes to get married inshallah, I'll happily skip the wedding and any social gatherings lol.

I was wondering if any other sisters feel the same way, or if you once felt like this but changed your mind later?
