Morning Spike, Pullback, Accumulation - NXXT Showing Intraday Strength
The open looked messy for NXXT, but the chart tells a clearer story once you zoom out a bit.
Price spiked early toward the $0.66–$0.67 area - a classic microcap move when a stock draws attention right at the open. Momentum traders push it higher, liquidity is thin, and the first move often overshoots. That spike was quickly followed by a rejection and a pullback as things settled.
What’s important is that the selloff didn’t break the broader structure.
Instead of collapsing, the stock found support and started forming higher lows along the rising trendline, now sitting around $0.58–$0.59. That trendline has held all session and keeps the short-term uptrend intact.
This pattern often signals intraday accumulation rather than distribution. Sellers pushed the price down after the initial spike, but buyers kept stepping in along the rising support.
On the technical side, the levels are getting clearer. Immediate resistance remains around $0.64–$0.66, which has now been tested several times. If NXXT can break above that range cleanly, the next resistance zone looks to be around $0.77–$0.81.
Beyond that is the psychological $1 level, which often acts like a magnet for small-cap momentum once a stock starts building a sustained trend.
The key takeaway is simple: despite early volatility, the chart shows rising support and repeated attempts at higher levels. In microcaps, that combination often matters more than the morning spike itself.
