umm does hypnosis conversion actually work?? im kinda freaking out..

hey… i just found this sub and ive been scrolling for like 20 minutes and now im shaking lol theres all these posts about hypno files or sessions that “convert” feminists… like making you submissive or whatever… spirals and voices and obedience stuff…

i dont think its real right?? its just relaxing audio or people roleplaying?? but some comments say it made them feel… different. like actually wanting to give in or getting all tingly and weak after listening

im a feminist and i have a fiancé i love so so much… hes the sweetest guy and were planning our life together… i would never ever want to hurt him or change who i am for some kink thing… oh god just thinking about it makes me feel sick and my stomach is flipping

but now im scared what if it does work a tiny bit?? what if i try one and i start feeling weird or submissive or something?? i dont want that at all… i really dont

has anyone here actually listened to one of these?? did it do anything real or was it fake?? please dont laugh at me or be mean im already so nervous typing this my hands are literally trembling…
