Recently, I've focused my efforts on systematically researching low-priced stocks and have achieved some preliminary results. My approach revolves around three dimensions: structure, catalysts, and capital behavior.  
First, let's look at structure. The most crucial aspect of low-priced stocks isn't the story, but the trading structure, such as price range, free float, share concentration, volume changes, and short-selling ratio. Many low-priced stocks experience breakouts due to liquidity mismatch—when the free float is small, trading volume suddenly surges, and market attention is concentrated, the price is often quickly repriced. Second, consider catalysts. I mainly focus on triggering factors that can change expectations, such as earnings inflection points, business or product progress, industry theme rotation, and recovery opportunities after being oversold by the market. Truly effective rallies usually occur simultaneously with both structure and catalysts. Finally, verify with capital behavior. Low-priced stocks are highly driven by capital, so I observe whether there's follow-through after a breakout with high volume, whether the pullback is accompanied by decreasing volume, whether the rise is continuous rather than a single-day spike, and whether there's a clear accumulation zone. Price can create sentiment, but volume structure is often more truthful.  
My experience so far suggests that the most valuable phase for low-priced stocks typically occurs 1-2 weeks before their breakout. When structural, catalyst, and capital flow signals appear simultaneously, the market often enters a repricing phase. Sentiment amplifies price increases, while structure determines the success rate.
