Frat House Networking Setup/Architecture

Hello all, I have recently started exploring networking and sysadmin topics in my homelab for fun and learning. I live in a frat house with around 25 people, and I want to set up a stable, enterprise-level network for my brothers and myself. I am using a Proxmox VM with a pfSense router inside it, along with a few other VMs. I uploaded the image below to see if this setup would work well for the house and to gather suggestions for easy future scalability. If any more information is needed, just let me know. I'm still new to this and mainly curious if I should consider a different configuration. One final thing for now: I have my own private subnet at 10.0.0.1, and the house uses 10.67.67.1. Ideally, I will keep these networks separate.
