Can’t throw up and keep bringing up blood

I can’t throw up the only thing that keeps coming up is so much saliva and clear liquid and blood and my nose was running so much.I tried for over half an hour and literally the tiniest bit of vomit came up with the other stuff, like the size of a coin. I tried so hard I made my throat bleed, and my teeth almost cut through my knuckles, I don’t understand why this is happening. The only reason I’ve given up now is bc my family are back home so I can’t try anymore. This is the first time I’ve done it in a while. Please help
