How to lubricate the motor on a WM-EX314?

I recently posted about my WM-EX314 producing a noticeably loud sound when playing. Most people suggested it needed to be lubricated, and a few people recommended sewing machine oil. I've just got a small bottle of it, I'm just wondering where I should put it, how much to use etc
