(new player) Which build should I pick: Bleed Slam or Cyclone?

The furthest I've gotten so far was completing all the acts, following an Earthshatter guide from Maxroll.

Right now I'm looking at two builds:

What I need to understand is whether these two builds are expensive for the endgame and if they are good for doing all content.

Both seem pretty good to me. Bleed Slam looks awesome, and Cyclone looks great too.

For Cyclone, I saw a few guides, but the movement speed looked low. Is this something I should expect? Or is something easy to fix?

I just want to have a great experience farming everything I need.
