Old player returning to the game, what are the most important recent changes i should know about?

Hello all👋 i started playing DML a long, long time ago and grinded it for probably a couple years, then started being less active (lost my first account which was level 140 so i lost some motivation yk). I still opened the game every now and then though, and got my second acc to level 101. I just downloaded the game on my new desktop and im thinking to start playing on a daily basis again, so whats some stuff i should know from recent updates? (~6 months- 1 year) As i said i wasnt completely inactive so i am not COMPLETELY clueless, but i havent been keeping up with new stuff or the community, so i do not know like any current metas, methods to farm stuff and whatever. Any help appreciated💙
