Do jirai skirts have built in safety shorts?

Specifically asking for lizlisa, but it wouldn’t hurt to know if other brands have or don’t have this as well. I want to go to a convention, but knowing there are so many creeps there I’d rather take precautions ..

Do jirai skirts have built in shorts? Or should I buy them separately?
