Chances of getting Honors College housing near 5 Seminary Place?

I was accepted to the Rutgers Honors College yesterday. I had visited the Honors College building at 5 Seminary Place during campus presentation and really liked it.

However, it looks like there may be fewer beds there than the number of students admitted as they have merged HC and the Honors program. Is there anything I can do to increase my chances of getting housing there? Any tips would be appreciated.
