Should I start applying to move to Amgen?

Im an FSP GTM in iqvia fully dedicated to Amgen. My goal has always been to move to a sponsor company so I have been job hopping a bit. I have two years experience at a different CRO before iqvia- and I started with iqvia last April. I’ve been with Amgen since November. Amgen removing some of their roles like CPM SM, and opening some roles. Should I start applying to Amgen? Or is it too soon? Im kinda worried they’re gonna do more layoffs? Or maybe iqvia will do layoffs. Any thoughts?
