Which modpack should we play?

Hello! My two friends and I just beat MC Eternal 2 (killed the ender dragon mainly) and it was fun! I didnt really do a whole lot with the mods, and I dont know a whole lot about them either. I mainly just messed around with taming animals, fishing, and Iron's spells.

Anyway, we are now looking for a new pack to play where we can spend a little more time on it. We got through Eternal in one month. Not really sure what would be good for us! Any recommendations for packs that last a while and have a lot to do? Not really interested in All the Mods tho. Thanks!
