wrongfully terminated

I need help, i got wrongfully terminated while pregnant because of things other medical assistants told me to do. first one they used against me was discharging a patient early. this happened because the patients chart was signed and their after visit summary printed. i tried to text in the provider chat if patient was good to go, 15 minutes went by with no answer, so i turned to the other MA that has been there for years and asked what i should do. mind u I was still new there so obviously asking other MA's was my help. she told me to discharge them so I did. well it backfired and turnes out provider did not go in there to let the patient know about the medicagions she prescribed. i fixed the mistake right away by calling the patient before they could pick up the medication and the provider talked to them so I thought problem solved right? wrong they used it against me. Also used me going to the RN Nurse to let her know the MA who said to go on my break never went on that side to help with patients and a patient had to wait an extra 15 minutes tk be discharged when i got back from break. and it was used against me as lack of communication even tho i talked over the radio to let them know i was going on my break and wrote it in the chat? so i got blamed for the other girl not doing her job? make that make sense. Then the RN who fired me said i wasnt taking criticizim from the other MAs well when they offered feed back when no one was actually giving me feed back i would have to go to the MAs and look for feed back but what i was getting was yes your doing everything right and good but behind my back im messing up wothout knowing? this place moto is Patients First, Always. its more employees first and patients last. as ive seen patients wait in the room over 30 minutes while providers and MAs gossip thats not work related and thats not a patient first setting if you ask me. patients shoudnt have to wait that long just because the workers want to chit chat. anyways im about to have this baby in two months I could really use the help to pay bills and for food as i have 3 other kids. and i dont have a job right now. ive always worked hard since i was 16 years old and the first time in my life getting fired that i thing was wrong on their part. please if u click on the link and donate i would appreciate it anything helps a pregnant mother and God bless those who help
