Is blocking somebody broken for anybody else? 13.0.42 Pro

I blocked someone who sent me a toxic message. I blocked them using Relay. The block didn't work, I can still see their messages. When I go to Reddit proper in chrome and try to block them I get a message:

You can't block u/[redacted] for 24 hours after unblocking them

So either Reddit had an error or Relay has a bug. This has happened three times over the past couple weeks.
