changed my GPU problem (ARC B580)

Hey, so, i bought a ARC b580 a few days ago, it arrived yesterday and i plugged it in, ran DDU, intalled new drivers, did everything right, at least to my knowledge.

But every game i play I have equal or worse performance compared to my last GPU (Rx 5500xt 8gb), specially in CPU heavy games. In GPU heavy games, in other hand, it plays well, if you ignore the TERRIBLE 1% lows (90 fps avg 9 fps 1% lows, i have footage of how its running so you guys can see.

my system specs:
Ryzen 5 5600 4.4ghz
32gb DDR4 3200mhz
1tb NVME 3
MSI B550m WIFI
650W MSI Bronze
Husky Polar White (case)
The coolers are the ones that come with the case and the CPU
