Hiring licensed PTs in UK

I am a recruiter working for a medical tech company expanding into the UK market.

We are looking to hire a licensed Physiotherapist remotely in the UK. Looking to get some insider knowledge on some things below-

1. Besides LinkedIn and indeed, are there any other job portals I should be advertising this position? Do y’all in the UK look for roles any other place?

2. Are there certain locations or schools that are well renowned in this space?

3. This would be a mid- senior type position. Online pay rates suggest 40-60£. Is that on par? There would be some travel and this would involve work with children and their families.

4. Are there any slack communities/ fb groups/ communities or platforms that you would recommend I advertise this role in?

5. This would be our first PT hire in the UK so should we be checking for any educational qualifications or scams?

6. Lastly, is there a major difference from people who work NHS vs private?
