Ultrasound Visits

I’m currently 9 weeks and I have my first OBGYN appointment since i graduated from my fertility clinic over a week ago . If your husband/boyfriend/significant other is not able to get off to go to your ultrasound appointments do you just go alone or have someone else go with you ? I’m first time mom at age 40.
