Anyone else get *that* feeling from dxm?

I don't really know exactly how to describe it, but if you've felt it you'll know exactly what I'm talking about. i call this feeling the "Medical Buzz" because for some unexplainable reason, It always makes me feel like im in a hospital. this feeling can appear at any dose above mid 1st plat, but it's most prevalent at mid-high 2nd plat. the way I'd describe this feeling is something like this; it's a simultaneously cold, and warm vibration type feeling that starts in my head and spreads across my whole body, intensifying as the trip continues. combined with the dissociation makes me feel very empty inside...

it's a very strange, alien feeling, that's often accompanied by very strange delusions (for example, i often believe i broke some fundamental law of the universe, usually time. In one case, I had this weird delusion that the artist Aphex Twin was sending radio signals to my air conditioner, which turned them into "psychotronic" waves that went into my belly button. no, I'm not joking, I actually believed that for the rest of the trip.)

this feeling appeared in nearly every trip I had in one form or another, including 1st plateau ones. I hated this feeling at first, as It made me feel super weird in a way I didn't like, but after a few trips I began to love the feeling. it's so comforting, in a very alien and weird way, it makes me feel all numb and dumb, and like there's nothing else in the world except me and the room I'm in.

as ive said before, this feeling appeared in almost every trip I've had, but during the few times I've crossed over to the 3rd plateau, the feeling transformed into something I simply call "The Robo-Pulse." it feels similar enough to the medical Buzz to the point I can very easily identify the pulse with that feeling, but unlike the Buzz, it is far more intense. the vibration turns into a constant, yet slightly Inconsistent pulse that rings throughout my whole entire body. it is an incredibly intense feeling, so intense that it can completely take you over and bring on full disconnection from your body. the best example I have of this feeling is during my strongest 3rd plat trip(which may or may not have turned into a 4th plateau trip, idk, i drank about 5.5 ounces of delsym but I've heard very conflicting things on its true strength. Some people say it's only got 888mg of poli in it, but I feel it's a bit or a lot higher.) I was on a walk as I started descending deeper into the 3rd plateau, and i remember feeling that weird warm pulsing feeling throughout my whole body, and it caused me to totally disconnect from everything around me, to the point i felt as if I was walking in mid air not moving an inch. I also ended up having an ego death at this moment, as I suddenly asked myself "what am I, where am i, WHO am i?" And for the rest of the night after I completely forgot who or what I was.
