Kbeauty vs Cbeauty Contour Palette

I’ve noticed that Kbeauty and Cbeauty have a different way of putting their contour powder on their contouring palette. Kbeauty tends to put multiple shades (usually 3) into the same pan (eg. Too Cool for School, Peripera, Romand) while Cbeauty tends to separate them into multiple pans (usually 2, eg. Kaleidos, Flower Knows, JudyDoll).

Does their local consumers just prefer it that way? Is one more effective at creating better everyday/on-camera contour? Which ones do you own and prefer?
