Recently diagnosed - need help understanding EVERYTHING

I was diagnosed with Adenomyosis 2.5 years ago and was put on Yaz medicine which I had to take after my period started, for 6 months. It seemed fine.

Now, 6 months ago I got a TVS ultrasound and it said I have a chocolate cyst. The doc asked me to check again 6 months later after giving me some nutraceutical.

Now in Jan, I got the TVS ultrasound and results came back as I have endometriosis. I visited a gynac and she gave me 3 options. Get married and have a kid (not in my plan at all), surgery but she said it’s not so bad that I need Ken and last option was pseudo pregnancy. She wants me to be on endosis or yaz for 6 months non step, making it like a pregnancy when it’s not.

I’m super scared. I’m 26 and in a stressful job away from home. I was diagnosed with severe depression and was on meds till last year and have somehow made it out

I am just scared overall. My mother doesn’t seem to fully understand endometriosis since it’s not very spoken about.

I’m overall scared and I’m overweight and not able to lose weight. Extremely stressed.

Can someone help me out here whether this pseudo pregnancy idol or not?
