I want to thank you guys.
The first time I looked at this subreddit, I came with the intention to enjoy the doomposting around calling it Concord 3.0 (RIP 2.0 lowguard) and having a laugh time to time. It was kinda predictable after the Alpha, but when I was here I saw all the posts about the art, the cinematics, the lore, the music, the subliminal brainwashing moths and good ol' Bingus.
Never played Halo and Destiny was too much grinding for my taste so I was esceptical about Bungie, but I could see the passion poured in the game, and this community reflected that same passion, regardless of all the opinions, you were very optimistic, so I decided to give it a chance as my first extraction shooter. It was fun as hell, was like playing Bad Company 2 for first time again. For me, it helped me seeing it as a battle royale, loot is not yours, just for your use this match and I had a blast on the Server Slam so I decided to buy it.
Maybe I'm just a drop of water on the huge sea of all the sales that Marathon made, but it was for you guys that I'm here and became part of the game. Thanks for that.
