Honestly not rlly advice for dating but I’ve been in this subreddit asking questions last few weeks so it feels fitting to say it here.

So basically this girl I was seeing a lot for about 2-3 weeks just got out of a long relationship so I knew that she didn’t want one right away but I always thought if I just kept seeing and hanging out with her that her mind would change. I did catch feelings very very fast with this girl so that’s another reason why it hurts more. But basicallyI was in her room after she left for class and I was talking to her roomate and I mentioned how if I kept hanging out with this girl I would want a relationship . And I should have obviously known she was gonna tell her this but yea, so she told her last night and now this girl doesn’t want to see me anymore because she doesn’t want to hurt me more. My biggest question though that’s looming in my head is just if her roomate never told her abt how I felt and we just continued to hang out do you think we would have eventually dated or would it have just been inevitable that eventually she would tell me that she still doesn’t want to date me. Also she did say maybe we can reconnect when she heals from my last relationship because she’s trying to be more independent but idk I just wanted to vent and hear some thoughts about what you guys think.
