Why wasn’t Amanda in Amy’s wedding?

Just curious on your thoughts…the season started with Amanda living with Amy, but she’s not a bridesmaid? I also noticed that Amanda wasn’t at the art show or NOLA. Maybe it is just because of her health and she couldn’t make promises or the commitment for being a bridesmaid but you never even hear them talk about it.

Also another random question but did it appear that ANY of Brian’s family was at the wedding? He is definitely growing on me but I’m still super curious about the situation lol
