Alt-tab freezes pc (while playing league of legends only)

As the title says, sometimes while playing league of legends i alt tab to swap songs and my whole pc freezes and only solution is to restart pc, has happened over 10 times, already lost multiple games because of this + i have queue delay penalty anyone know how to fix this?
