Unused hospital space(220sq ft) what healthcare franchise could work here?

I run a small hospital in Kanpur and have an unused clinical space inside the building.

The area already has medical infrastructure including an oxygen pipeline.

Instead of leaving it idle, I’m considering leasing it to a healthcare franchise (diagnostic lab, dialysis center, imaging center, etc.).

Has anyone partnered with brands like Dr Lal PathLabs, SRL, Metropolis, NephroPlus, etc. inside an existing hospital?

Curious what models usually work best: rent vs revenue share.
