Datamining DaD?

So, the wiki has been defunct for some time now, and I deeply miss being able to obtain up-to-date information on bosses, mobs, skills, and perks without being logged in.

Is that information even in the client build, and if so, am I even allowed to obtain it or will I be banned? How did the previous wiki managers obtain this data? I’m at the point where if it won’t bring me any heat, I’d like to just start cataloguing everything myself.
