Cannot link/unlink NetEase account between PC and PS5

I started on PC and installed it on PS5. I cannot link my NetEase account on my PS5. It tells me that it’s already linked to another account. I tried to link it to my PSN from my PC but got the same message. On my PS5 I tried to unlink the account but it says I cannot unlink until I link it to my NetEase account. Which I cannot do.

I want to play on both devices with the same save but I currently can’t because of this
