Need Advice: AIO or Air Cooler for Ryzen 7 5700G?

I built my PC in 2021 with the following specs:

• CPU: Ryzen 7 5700G (currently using the stock cooler)
• PSU: Corsair 650W Bronze
• GPU: Gigabyte RTX 4070 12GB (added last year)
• Case: DeepCool CG540

Recently, I’ve been noticing some CPU heating issues, so I’m thinking about upgrading the cooler.

Since my case only supports a 240mm radiator, I’m considering the DeepCool LE240 V2 240mm ARGB AIO.

My question is:
Would it be better to go with an AIO liquid cooler or a good air cooler for this CPU?

Any suggestions or recommendations would be appreciated.
