Pharmacist holding Nurtec

Has anyone else experienced this?

I’ve been on aimovig and Nurtec for 6 or 7 years. Nurtec for rescue, aimovig for prevention.

I got new insurance and fill both scripts at CVS. Every time my Nurtec has to be renewed, the pharmacist sends a question in the app asking if I’m still taking Aimovig.

When I pick up the order, I’m not allowed to have it until the pharmacist asks me if I’m taking both meds. I say yes. They ask me if it works for me. I say yes. They give me the meds.

What is the point of this?
