Broken ankle/fibula nerve block

Hi it’s been almost 24hrs since surgery, and I still

Cannot feel foot except for needles and tingles. I am still unable to move toes. Circulation is fine and don’t feel pain. Am I freaking out for the hell of it? How long did your nerve block last. I’d rather feel pain, than having this feeling.
