How to get students to actually go to tutoring?

I’m a tutor for a High School currently and I started this week. What I have trouble with is getting students to actually come to tutoring. I’ve asked the prinicipal to advertise that they have a tutor and I’ve asked teachers to do the same, but also what attracts students. They told me board games and card games usually get students comfortable. So, I get a used chess bord that’s been stored. It let me get familiarized with 2 students so far, but how else can I get students to come? If anything, what games would you guys suggest that could make students come? Keep in mind that I got hired for before school homework help. I think many students don’t want to study or learn as soon as they step into school especially at 7:00am - 8:00am.
