Sprinkman 10bbl 2 Vessel Brewing Instructions

Hello Everyone,

We recently lost our brewer and there are no SOPs anywhere to be found. I thought I would just reach out to the community to see if anyone else has a similar system and would be willing to share their SOPs for this system. We have a Sprinkman 10bbl 2 Vessel system (Mash/Lauter & Brewl). If not, no worries. I'll just fumble through it. We reached out to the Sprinkman and they werent very much help.
