Looking for an iOS app that quizzes me randomly throughout the day via notifications

Hello!

I’m looking for a flashcard-type app that allows me to do the following:

- Create a database of questions and answers on a specific topic;

- Send me notifications throughout the day to review a randomly selected question (tapping the notification takes me directly to that question);

- Allow me to set the frequency of these notifications throughout the day;

- Increase the frequency of a question based on how difficult I find it to answer.

Do you know of any iOS apps like this?
