Lightning bug in Resident Evil Requiem

I started 2nd playthrough and in cutscene where leon gives requiem to grace i had a very bright lightsource in the doorframe i couldnt even see leon face cuz of it, as well as the gate been constantly twitching up and down while closing. Also had it after killing infected in 1st playthr, where during his explosion superbright lightsource appeared and started giving off blinding glares to everything. And i had shadow bug in racoon city, which is showed in the video. The question is: did anyone have same kind of issues with random lightsources and how did u fix it if u did? settings: 1080p, Path Tracing, Ambient occlusion: Low, DLSS: Quality, Nvidia Driver: 595.71, shadows: high, HDR: on
