Redeeming resident evil requiem

I just got the code to redeem the game but when I try to redeem it through the app it says your hardware has already been used in a request, when I try to redeem it through the website it says your hardware does not meet the requirements for the campaign when it does, and I have never redeemed any Nvidia game before, anyone knows how to fix this?
