How expensive HRoC gets?

Ok so as probably quite alot of people I am very intrigued to try HRoC for the first time and after seeing that Balore released a guide again for it I am heavily considering it.

One thing that is kinda off putting is reading in quite a few threads that it is expensive build...

How much can we expect this build to cost? Is the expensive part some minmaxing part or is this the type pf build that takes 50d+ just to feel good in red maps?

Thanks alot, go to bed early Exiles and good luck tomorrow!
