I need your help, my laptop continues to lock screen after I have tried everything (Windows 11, Dell laptop)

So the problem started since the 24H2 Update, the screen started to lock itself and sleep after a handful of minutes, I have changed the lock settings to never, I have changed to never go to sleep only when the lid its close I tried everything, until my friend told me its an issue with windows, so I waited until the next 25H2 Update and it continues doing it, then I updated it again after like two weeks and it stopped doing it but today I woke up and it started doing it again, I tried reinstalling the same update when the problem got fixed (repair version) but my friend told me not to do that, I tried accessing the BIOS but i reallt don't know what I'm doing, I even click Windows + r and checked if there was any sensor detection there that wasn't running and couldn't find anything. Help me please!
