The mistake that silently stops many people from losing weight.

One thing I've seen in a lot of weight-loss journeys is that people only think about eating less and don't think about how to keep the weight off.
When calories get too low, three things usually happen:
Your energy level drops and your workouts get weaker.
Hunger grows and cravings show up.
In the end, people either binge or give up.
A moderate deficit that you can keep up for months is a better way to go.
Some easy habits that helped a lot of people stay on track:
• Make sure to eat protein at every meal (it keeps you full).
• Walk every day (8,000 to 10,000 steps a day will make a big difference over time).• Get enough sleep; not getting enough sleep makes hunger hormones rise.
• Keep track of your progress every week, not every day.
People don't know what to do, so fat loss doesn't happen very often.
