Regular sorcerors in phalanx

Whats the consensus of regular sorcerors in phalanx?

Do you:

-Use them?

-5 or 10 man block?

-in rhino?

Main thing i see is being able to put them all in a rhino, unload them, use the strat to make bolter psychic and unload on rhinos target.

But this uses CP I feel like could be better used abusing a flamer squad lead by exalted killing the aspiring sorceror off to shoot back. Or buffing an infiltrating terminator block
