Does a faja with bones work for waist training?

I got lipo 4-5 months ago and have been wearing a Faja Tributo stage 3 faja to try and waist train. I know fajas aren’t considered waist trainers but how about if it has steel bones? I also alternative with this steel bone waist trainer it has hooks then zips up will this one be effective too?
