Is VS customer service for an online order helpful?

I placed an order of 15 items that got delivered but the packaging seemed a little sketchy to me. It did come in a victoria’s secret package but it was all wadded up and re-taped with some clear packing tape because there was a noticeable hole. When I opened up the package there was an item missing….

Is customer service reputable for sending or refunding that item??? The whole haul was the most i’ve ever splurged so I’d like to get my money’s worth and have everything I ordered lol
