Looking for Hidden Identity Books

Looking for a book that is Hidden Identity trope. Preferably romance as a subplot and not the main one. And eventually find out their identity and whoever bullied them or wronged them is embarrased and killed etc.

Looking for something like Egg from A Knight of The Seven Kingdom
