CIBC Investors Edge CDR Transfers?

I couldn’t find one other post about so as title says, I’m looking to transfer some CIBC CDRs to Wealth Simple but wondering if they would transfer over since they are technically CIBC stocks/CDRs.

The stocks I have that I’m concerned about are:

- AMZN:CDN

- HXQ:CDN

- GOOG:CDN

- VISA:CDN

Wealth Simple support is saying should be no issue but I would hate for them to be wrong and then I have sell them and/or hit with FX fees or something similar.

Has anyone done this before?

Anything else I should know before transferring?
