Looking to be working as founding engineer/technical co founder/CTO with someone in SaaS in USA.

Hey,

I have 3 years of software engineering expereince as a founding engineer, and a masters degree in CS from US. I am based in US. I have some great ideas to execute on and I have the technical capabilities to build the product. I even have the social capabilities to market and sell the product.

The only thing stopping me is that I am in US on a student Visa, and I need my company to be e-verified and for me to be on w2 to be able to work and not be in majority ownership.

This stops me from being able to open my own company under my name and build my SaaS, that is why I am looking for a cofounder/ceo who already has a company/ could register the company to their name and I could instead get the compensation instead of company equity.
