3 sessions down, raised spots

Heyyy, my tattoo was 6 mo old when I started removing, did 8-9 weeks between sessions. waiting 11 for my next one and then want to give it 6 months. progress feels slow but what do ya do! Ive been telling more people my story which has been helping it not feel like the biggest deal in the world. the dense black spots are still raised and my session was almost 6 weeks ago, anything to be concerned? my year anniversary of my tattoo will be 3/10. anyone struggling, hang in there. you will be okay!
