So everyone, I’ve seen some posts with people being a bit skeptical about waist reduction without wearing a corset. I’d like to share my story.

About 10 years ago I bought my first corset, and at the time my waist measured 76 cm. I wore it for quite a long time, for more than two years, and my measurements never returned to what they were before. Back then I weighed 50 kg.

Some years later I started dedicating myself seriously to the gym. Since I lost a lot of fat that I had in my hips and gained a lot of muscle, my body became straighter, even though my waist measurement stayed the same.

So I decided to start wearing corsets again. I ordered one while living in a different country, so it took quite a long time to arrive because I asked my parents to bring it to me.

At that time my measurements were 67 cm, as you can see in the photo, and I weighed 55 kg (the photo is very poorly taken and I was wearing kinesiology tape because I had recently injured myself by overdoing my workouts). I’m also attaching the measurements I sent to my corsetmaker at the time. I actually reported 1 cm less than my real waist measurement because I wanted a smaller corset, but if you look at the photo you can see the measuring tape closed at 67 cm.

My corset was finished in September and my father brought it to me in October. When it arrived I complained to the corsetière because I was in a bulking phase and it was tight around the ribcage. At that time I weighed about 65 kg and my bust measurement had increased by 9 cm. She simply recommended leaving it a bit looser in the bust area. When I originally ordered it, I was in a cutting phase and about 10 kg lighter. I attached a photo where my face appears and that was during the heavier phase.

Currently, as you can see in the video, my waist measures 59 cm. I just filmed that video. I have been without the corset since 7 a.m., and I only wear it to sleep. Here in my country it is now almost 8 p.m.. Today when I measured right after taking it off, it was 57 cm.

Since I’m back in a cutting phase, just like when I ordered my corset, it now closes completely in the back. I currently weigh 56 kg, which is 1 kg more than when I ordered it.

Because I have a more muscular body, I will need a bit more reduction and probably a few more corsets to reach the measurement I want. I actually just ordered another corset, because I’m already using the smallest corset I have, the light pink one.
