Should i tell my boyfriend i had my period on his couch?

TLDR at bottom!

So about a month ago me(f18) and my boyfriend(m18) went on a date and it was a LONG night in talking we probably got back around 4 in the morning. I knew i was on my period and i had been for a few days prior to this but i didn't know we'd be out for so long and i didn't bring products with me, so i just wasn't wearing anything. He was totally fine with me wearing some of his boxers until i went home, so i changed into a clean pair of his boxers. He still lives with his parents so we went back to their house and they aren't comfortable with us sleeping together behind closed doors, which isn't a big deal, so we layed down on the couch and fell asleep. When we woke up i could tell i had some blood on my thighs and his underwear where wet, so we got up and i showered and we went on about our day. About a week later i go to his again and there is a pretty big palm sized stain on the blanket that is covering his couch cushions. You can barely see the stain because it's on a dark grey plaid blanket, but it's definitely there. I haven't said anything and i don't know if i should because it's not a big deal and i know he wouldn't care anyways, but i'm afraid he'll tell his parents.

TLDR; I bled on my boyfriends parents dark couch and it is making me feel guilty, should i tell him?
